Food Technology Teacher – Secondary School (January Start)

Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire

Start Date: January

Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term Supply | Paid via Agency

Pay: £160 – £200 per day (dependent on experience)

Role Overview
  • Teach Food Technology across KS3–KS4 in line with curriculum requirements
  • Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that build skills and confidence
  • Assess and track progress, providing feedback and intervention where appropriate
  • Support a safe working environment, preparing materials and equipment for lessons
  • Contribute to departmental planning and wider learning activities
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, organised, and committed to raising attainment
