Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing within a technical or quality role.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality management systems and specification processes.
• Experience using retailer online systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining specifications for all raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Producing accurate product specifications and approving artwork that meets standards.
• Ensuring every live product has up-to-date specifications.
• Translating recipes and supplier information into formats.
• Creating factory line standards.
• Managing pack copy artwork sign-off.
• Investigating supplier issues to protect brand integrity.
• Carrying out nutritional calculations and verifying product claims.
• Supporting the NPD team with technical guidance.
