Overview

Food Production Supervisor - Pay Negotiable - Walsall - Ongoing Work. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Food Production Supervisor to lead a team of 8-15 operatives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment based in Walsall.

Start Times: Between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Location: Walsall

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and motivating a team across multiple production stations
• Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality
• Monitoring productivity and workflow to meet daily targets
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Communicating effectively with management and other departments
