The National Trust operates 185 cafes across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team in a rural setting. Please consider your commute before applying.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader you will:

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to your team, ensuring outstanding service for every guest.
  • Focus on front‑of‑house duties, dealing directly with customers and serving food and drink.
  • Maintain accurate displays and signage, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation when required.
  • Supervise induction and training of colleagues, fostering a dedicated service‑oriented team.
  • Complete induction covering allergens, food safety and any mentoring required to excel in the role.
