A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT THE BRIDGEWOOD MANOR HOTEL.

What you’ll be doing...

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Head of Department, Sangita Hiro-Thomas, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Assist in delivering excellent, personalised guest service in all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
• Maintain high service standards and uphold RBH’s commitment to quality and guest service.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to always ensure a seamless service.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to always ensure coordination between each area of the business.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the F&B Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs.
• Adhere to company codes of conduct, policies and procedures maintaining integrity and professionalism in all guest and team interactions.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health, hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring all statutory training is completed in line with RBH standards.
