Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
  • Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of multiple F&B outlets
  • Leading from the front – this is a very hands‑on position
  • Managing a large team and ensuring the highest service standards
  • Working closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service
  • Supporting training and development across all departments
  • Driving operational improvements and customer satisfaction
