We are seeking a highly organised, guest‑focused Food & Beverage Coordinator to support our F&B leadership team and ensure flawless delivery across our restaurants, bars, lounges, and events.

Role Overview

As the F&B Coordinator, you will play a pivotal administrative and operational support role within the busy F&B department. You will work closely with the F&B Manager, restaurant managers, event planners, and suppliers to coordinate schedules, documentation, communication, and guest requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the F&B management team.
  • Coordinate staff rotas, training schedules, and department communication.
  • Maintain and update menus, allergen information, SOPs, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with ordering, stock control paperwork, and invoice processing.
  • Support event coordination.
  • Respond to guest enquiries professionally via phone and email.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure all F&B areas uphold the hotel’s 5-star standards of service and presentation.
About You
  • Previous experience in hospitality administration or F&B operations (hotel experience highly desirable).
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Confident using MS Office and hotel management systems, i.e. Res Diary.
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
