We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our award-winning luxury hotel team in the stunning Scottish Highlands. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine dining restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, attentive table service with a focus on product knowledge (wines, whiskies, local produce)
  • Assist with mise‑en‑place, polishing, and maintaining impeccable presentation standards
  • Support breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services
  • Work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Contribute to private dining, weddings, and exclusive events
About You
  • Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment (essential)
  • Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented setting
  • WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not required—full training provided
  • Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and evenings
