Role Summary

A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of waiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient service behind the bar and on the floor.
• Deal with all restaurant enquiries, resolve complaints and challenges as they arise, creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Assist management in service direction and administration to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
