Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the development and delivery of all hospitality services at Jersey Opera House, including the theatre bar, café, and event catering. This role is central to creating a high-quality, customer-focused experience that complements our artistic programme and enhances audience enjoyment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO and wider team to oversee day-to-day operations of all hospitality services.
  • Lead, develop and manage staff to deliver high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive revenue through innovative F&B offerings and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Support the planned transition from a bar offering to an expanded food service over time.
