Job summary

A European manufacturer is seeking a Head of Retail Sales in London (Hybrid) to drive growth across the UK. With over 6 years of experience in a sales role and a strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry, you will implement the sales strategy, manage a small team, and handle P&L responsibilities. This is an autonomous role with opportunities for succession planning and personal development. Salary is £120-£140K plus packages.

Qualifications

  • Min. 6 years experience in a National or Head of Sales role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge of the Food and Beverage space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the retail strategy for the UK market.
  • Full P&L/budgetary responsibility for the UK.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of stock for the retail segment.
  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within all retailers.
  • Track lead times and oversee company/product compliance.
