Qualifications

• Proactive and adaptable with a strong engineering background.
• Experience in maintaining production and plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ability to conduct maintenance and troubleshoot automation issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and plant equipment.
• Carry out reactive, planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Strong engineering background in automated FMCG environment

Experience with processing and packaging machinery

Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs and complex automation

Experience delivering improvements through CI or SMED

Knowledge of COSHH regulations

Education

Mechanical and Electrical qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

17th Edition electrical qualification
