Overview

FM Project Manager - Electrical - Passive Fire Protection and Defects - Birmingham - c£60k. Initially a 2 year FTC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Passive Fire Protection remediation works and defects across a large NHS site.
• Take full accountability including P&L for the delivery of all PFP related projects and defect works at the fully operational site.
• Collaborate with the original build main contractor (approx. 200 staff on site) to authorise and carry out safe isolations where requested and applicable.
• Support the Head of Projects in delivering the PFP programme of works and meeting business targets, including closing out key defects.
• Demonstrate leadership with the team and stakeholders at all times; cover the Head of Programme (HOP) if away from the contract.
