Job description

Warehouse / FLT Driver

• Temporary Role – Permanent for right candidate
• £13.20 per hour
• Mon – Thurs 07.30am – 16.45pm and Fridays 07.30am -12.30pm

Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of a wide range of standard and engineered products and are looking for a warehouse / FLT Driver to join their team.

Duties

• The storage and handling of raw materials and stock in line with company quality systems
• Receive consignment of goods in, inspect and arrange storage thereafter
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with the return on non-conformance parts
• Kit items from stores as required by production
• To participate in bi-annual stock checks and carry out interim stock checks

Job Requirements

• FLT Counter balance licence
• Good IT skills and competent with stock management systems
• Full driving licence
• Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
• Attention to detail is essential, along with being methodical
• Assembly and electrical knowledge would be a distinct advantage
