Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established, independent supplier of construction products based in Woolpit. This role offers stability, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work with a reputable UK industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Counterbalance forklift in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring all products are handled with care
• Transport materials across the warehouse and yard, maintaining accurate stock placement
• Support with goods in/out processes, including checking deliveries and documenting stock movements
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as order picking, stock rotation, and maintaining a tidy work environment
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a positive, safety-first culture

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
• Proven experience in a warehouse, yard, or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of health & safety standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to a busy, fast-paced operational environment

Shift Pattern

07:30-16:30 / 09:00-17:30 (Rotating weekly)
