Floor Layer for Mixed-Use Commercial Build - Gloucester

Location: Central Gloucester
Start Date: Immediate
Hourly Rate/Day Rate: Competitive
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our client's team for a mixed-use commercial build in the heart of Gloucester. The successful candidate will start ASAP and will be required to undertake a variety of floor laying tasks, including different types of flooring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of various types of flooring including vinyl, tiles, carpet, and more.

• Working in a fast-paced environment on a mixed-use commercial project.

• Ensuring high-quality standards and attention to detail.

• Adhering to health and safety regulations on site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a floor layer, with knowledge of different types of flooring materials.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, with a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience on commercial construction sites preferred.

• Own tools and PPE required.

• CSCS card is preferred, but not essential.
