Floating Support Worker

Looking for a varied support role with purpose?

As a Floating Support Worker in Newport, you'll support individuals and families across the area to stay safe and maintain their tenancies.

You will

• Provide emotional and practical support to survivors of domestic abuse.
• Complete assessments and safety plans
• Work in a multi‑agency hub
• Prevent tenancy breakdown
• Liaise with housing providers, police and specialist agencies
• Help people move to safer accommodation when needed
• Keep accurate case notes
