Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individual pupils in mainstream Primary schools.
• Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to manage behaviour.
• Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet students' needs.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment.
