Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Tamworth is seeking experienced healthcare professionals for flexible roles across various disciplines. Successful applicants will provide patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, working on a zero hours contract. Candidates must have at least 6 months post-qualification experience in an acute hospital and maintain a valid professional registration. This role offers the chance to work with a dedicated team while accommodating individual schedules.

Overview

Derby Health Staffing manage and provide flexible workers in a variety of settings. Successful applicants will be invited for a face to face interview on 16 October 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Work across a variety of disciplines to meet the needs of our service.
  • Operate within zero hours per week – as and when required working arrangements.
  • Provide patient care and support as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay and Working Arrangements

Working Arrangements are £44,484.50 pro-rated based on 37.5 hours per week (Whole Time Equivalent).

Requirements
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work.
  • Be able to work effectively within an established team.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months post-qualification experience in an acute hospital, which must be recent.
  • Have current and valid professional registration as defined by the job description.
  • Have evidence of ongoing CPD and learning related to your areas of practice.
