• One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred.
• Must demonstrate attendance, communication, and interdisciplinary team skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients.
• Follow and modify physical therapy treatment plans.
• Chart appropriately and manage care for PTAs and students.
