Overview

Flexible Bank Support Worker. Working across County Durham including Darlington, Derwentside, Teesside and Sunderland. Casual / Flexible work, hours to suit you. Pay £12.60 per hour, plus £50 per sleep-in shift and great benefits. Home, a place where you belong.

Responsibilities
  • Typical shifts as a bank Support Worker include assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks and working through support plans to help them achieve independence.
  • Some shifts may be sleep-ins, providing overnight support; on other days you may work a day shift and enjoy social activities with customers.
  • You’ll support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
  • You might work in accommodation-based services, a registered care home, or support customers in a community or home-based setting.
  • Whatever the setting, you will be supported throughout your role.

Our team

You’ll join our wider services across Durham, Derwentside, Darlington, Teesside and Sunderland, and you can pick up shifts in any of these services as needed. Our team is passionate about what we do!

Job details
  • Flexible working hours.
  • £50 per sleep-in shift.
  • Able to use technology for creating/updating support plans, mandatory learning, and staying in touch with colleagues.
  • To travel between locations, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be paid.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required and paid for by us.
