Overview

Flexible Bank Housing Management Coordinator – Join a team delivering housing support across Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Receive £13.21 per hour with weekly pay, split into hourly work that fits your lifestyle.

What You’ll Do
  • Support customers in managing tenancy and rent accounts while picking and completing the shifts you want.
  • Assist with housing benefit claims, welfare calls and carrying out defect checks throughout the building.
  • Ensure our customers’ properties and communal areas are safe, healthy and maintained to high standards.
  • Work with the team to keep health and safety compliant and to meet maintenance standards.

Qualifications
  • Background in supported housing or a related field.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of re‑letting rooms, collecting rents and tenancy management.
  • Enhanced DBS check – we pay for the DBS check.
