Job Overview

nGeneration is looking for a Fleet and Facilities Manager to look after our brand new 20,000 HQ and our brand new van and car fleet. All Levels Of Experience Considered.

SALARY: £28,704 per annum including On-Call Supplement

LOCATION: Tipton, Dudley

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 8.5 hours days, Monday - Friday. Occasional Weekend Work May Be Required.

Facilities
  • Oversee the building - Internal and External
  • Ensure building security
  • Manage building maintenance
Vehicles
  • Manage our brand-new van fleet
  • Manage our brand-new car fleet
  • Arrange services and MOTs for the vehicles
  • Handle breakdowns and arrange repairs
  • Coordinate vehicle livery
  • Manage vehicle racking
  • Perform driver checks to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of vehicles, including their mechanics and maintenance requirements
  • Have a good understanding of building maintenance practices, including basic repairs and troubleshooting
  • Be proficient and have a proven track record in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for various tasks and projects
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks
