Purpose of Position
Provide an effective and suitable administrative service within the Transport Department for dealing with all Project Libra vehicle repairs, monitor and reduce VOR time for damage repairs, control repair cost and ensure good value is achieved for each repair within their approval limit, also ensure repair costs are managed and best value is achieved for repairs that need to be escalated for management approval as well as provide administrative support for the RTC team and ODF Coordinator.

You will be someone who takes pride in their work consistently producing work of a high quality. Your strong communication, listening and problem resolution skills will be fully utilised in this role. We would also expect you to have:

Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
Ability to cope with change
Ability to handle difficult situation and challenging conversations
Able to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly way following all depot instructions and procedures to include all regulatory requirements e.g Health and Safety
Able to work on your own initiative and without close supervision
