Qualifications

• Proven manual dexterity in a lab environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
• Experience in data entry across various IT systems.
• Strong organisational skills for sample management.
• Previous experience in a quality lab setting required.

Responsibilities

• Categorise and record tea and herb samples into internal systems.
• Perform quality measurements like moisture content and density.
• Organise sample testing and record data on LIMS.
• Utilise SAP for data extraction and sample identification.
• Prepare and assess new flavors, recording results accurately.
• Communicate findings with procurement and quality teams.
