Site Technician - Roofing Systems. HD Tech is partnering with a leading construction solutions provider to support regional projects, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship across a range of roofing systems. The role involves overseeing site installations, delivering hands-on training to approved contractors, and supporting the sales and project teams to maintain quality, compliance, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections across multiple projects within the designated region.
• Deliver training to contractor operatives, ensuring content and delivery meet high-quality standards.
• Produce detailed inspection reports following site visits.
• Act as a liaison between contractors, sales, and internal teams to resolve site issues efficiently.
• Track projects and manage time effectively to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure complex or high-value projects are managed appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders regarding site performance and contractor management.

Experience & Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in installing flat roofing systems, including bitumen and single-ply.
• Good understanding of construction principles, both technical and commercial.
• Experience delivering training is advantageous; formal training qualifications are a plus.
• Health and Safety awareness; CSCS card preferred.
• Strong communication skills, organisational ability, and proactive approach.
• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office applications.
