About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing products in line with agreed engineering methods and processes. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, fit, and test products to agreed engineering standards and processes
  • Carry out surveys, inspections, and repairs in line with approved practices
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality procedures, defined processes, and documentation requirements
  • Work independently to complete fitting tasks without supervision
  • Identify and support productivity and performance improvements to reduce costs and drive efficiency
  • Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship or gained equivalent hands-on fitting experience
