A leading fitness brand in Newport is seeking Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers to join their team. With state-of-the-art facilities and marketing support, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your business while helping members achieve their fitness goals. Competitive earning potential and flexible hours are available, making it suitable for trainers looking to thrive in the industry.
With great earning potential and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, exciting, and inspiring environment, we are looking for a minimum of Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMPSA Practitioner certified) to work within our Everlast Gyms to continue to help our members find their ‘Greatness from within’.
As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you will work as part of a great team that helps take our members from their ‘good’ to their ‘Great’. With a readymade client base, state-of-the-art facilities, best-in-class support and development, group training products, and a rapidly growing brand, there is no better place to build your business and progress in your fitness career.
We offer various agreement options ranging from 8-16 hours per week, based on your experience and career goals. These paid gym hours help you build your client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group training classes, and general customer service duties.
Our teams focus on supporting new member sales and retention, as well as supporting the wider team on secondary products that drive profitability. We require high standards of cleanliness and presentation when representing our brand. If you grow your client base quickly, you can reduce gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings.
Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly options; if unavailable, freelance options are provided.
