Job summary

A local police training organisation is seeking a Police Trainer First Aid to deliver essential training courses to police staff across Hampshire and Isle of Wight. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for teaching first aid. The role includes developing training materials and ensuring high-standard training in a supportive environment. This is a temporary position with a salary range of £32,247 - £37,692 per annum.

Qualifications

• Educated to QCF Level 3 or relevant experience.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supporting others in learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver police training courses ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Assist in designing new training programmes.
• Develop and produce training materials.
