Job description

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Fire Safety Surveyor for a project.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its FRA team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

Role:
  • Survey and complete reports for external and internal FRA Door works.
  • Report on condition of existing doors and whether refurbishment/replacement works to be undertaken.
  • Carry out surveys for fire doors across all properties and communal areas.
  • Ensuring correct paperwork is done.
  • Ensuring work is done to a high standard.
  • Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors.
  • Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.
Essential:
  • Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry or City & Guilds
  • Social Housing Experience
  • FRA experience
