A growing security services company in York is seeking a Fire & Security Estimator to design and estimate systems for diverse clients. You will use AutoCAD to create layouts and offer quotations for fire detection and security systems. Both experienced Estimators and those from related backgrounds are welcome. Qualifications

• Experience in fire and security design/estimating preferred but not essential.
• Junior Estimators or Senior Administrators with transferable skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Motivated to learn and progress within a supportive business.

Responsibilities

• Produce bespoke quotations and design specifications for fire and security systems.
• Create and update drawings using AutoCAD.
• Request accurate product information and pricing from suppliers.
• Prepare contract documentation for awarded projects.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and product quality.
