Qualifications

  • In depth knowledge of fire safety management within a large and diverse portfolio.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Fire Risk Assessment process.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to fire safety.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main contact for fire safety compliance and advice.
  • Ensure fire safety strategies are updated at all locations.
  • Manage corporate Fire Risk Assessment Programme.
  • Monitor fire safety checks and maintain records.
  • Oversee maintenance and replacement of fire safety equipment.
