Qualifications

• Strong background in Fire Risk Assessments with proven technical competency.
• Experience as a Surveyor across fire doors and fire stopping/compartmentation desired.
• Confident leading and developing teams within a fire safety or related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Fire Risk & Technical division.
• Lead, mentor and develop surveyors and future Fire Risk Assessors.
• Oversee scheduling, reporting, resourcing and day-to-day operational management.
