Qualifications

• Experience managing fire risk assessments independently across varied sites.
• Familiarity with current fire safety legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments for various buildings.
• Produce structured FRA reports aligned with PAS 79.
• Advise on evacuation procedures and fire safety policies.

Skills

1-2+ years’ experience in a fire risk assessment role

Excellent reporting and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Solid working knowledge of the Fire Safety Order 2005 and PAS 79

Education

Level 3 or above Fire Risk Assessment qualification (NEBOSH Fire, FPA, IFSM or equivalent)

Ideally on the IFSM NFRAR register (or equivalent)
