Our client is a multi-disciplined Compliance Consultancy, who are looking for a hardworking Fire Risk Assessor to join their team in the Midlands region. Applicants must have proven experience working across a varied portfolio of premises, undertaking Fire Risk Assessments and giving tailored technical advice to clients, based on findings. Our client can offer great further training, as they strive to ensure their team have well‑rounded experience and knowledge. It would be beneficial to have access to the M1, for easier travel to client sites. Experience / Qualifications

• Successful track record working as a Fire Risk Assessor
• Must hold Fire Risk Assessing qualifications, such as: Level 3 Fire Risk Assessing
• Ideally will hold the following: NEBOSH General, NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, BAFE certification, Fire Certificate
• Will have experience of conducting Fire Risk Assessments on high rise premises
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in using IT software

The Role

• Undertaking Fire Risk Assessments across a range of commercial, domestic, public sector and industrial client sites
• Producing thorough technical reports
• Reviewing existing safety plans and offering improvement / amendments where necessary
• Leading training courses for clients
• Meeting with clients to discuss report findings and make recommendations
• Adhering to set targets and deadlines
• Travelling in line with company requirements
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
