My client is looking for an experienced Fire Engineering Lead to take ownership of fire engineering across the business and help shape the direction of their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capability with natural leadership, excellent people skills, and a proactive approach to project delivery. It is a mostly remote role (with an option of being in an office if preferred).

About the Role

As the Fire Engineering Lead, you will oversee all fire-related deliverables across a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale residential developments, hotels, and data centres. You will manage team workloads, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality outputs. Youll also play a key role in supporting bids and tenders and nurturing strong relationships with clients and project partners. While winning work is not the core focus, the ability to support business development is a valuable bonus.
