Responsibilities

• Installing new fire-rated doors and door sets in social housing properties.
• Ensuring all installations comply with fire safety regulations.
• Completing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on existing fire doors.
• Fitting ironmongery, seals, hinges, and closers.
• Accurately recording all work completed and reporting issues.
• Maintaining high levels of health & safety on-site.
