The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience, strong fault-finding skills, and good customer service abilities. Responsibilities include working directly with clients, conducting installations, and ensuring compliance with legislation. A clean UK driving licence is required. Fire and Security Engineer

£40,000 basic + Paid Travel + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays

As a security engineer, your role will include:

  • Servicing and fault finding on Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarms
  • Installations on Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarms
  • Taking part in a call out rota
  • Completing works in line with current legislation and British Standards
  • Being customer facing, dealing with customer requests
  • Working in the Commercial sector
Minimum qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing electronic fire and security systems
  • Experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong fault-finding and system servicing skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
  • Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
