Fire Alarm Engineer - Caerphilly

Salary - £32k - £37k Depending on experience and qualification

Permanent Role

Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of a client based in Caerphilly.

The Role
  • Service, maintain, install and fault‑find fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire suppression and Nursecall systems
  • Ensure compliance with BS 5839, BS 5266, BS 7671 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Carry out reactive callouts and planned works
  • Liaise with clients to minimise fire risk and ensure safety compliance
  • Complete digital job reports and documentation
  • Plan and manage workload within your area, working independently with head office support
About You
  • Strong interest in life safety systems and compliance
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
  • Experience or qualifications in fire or electrical systems desirable (e.g. BS7671 / NVQ Level 3)
