Job summary

A leading financial services provider is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of a new finance and HR tech stack. This role, based in Greater London, involves managing large-scale technical projects, integrating new solutions, and providing leadership in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP, EPM, and HCM solutions and managing vendor partnerships. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract offering significant autonomy and the chance to shape the project direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced Fintech / small to medium enterprise environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of new ERP, EPM and HCM solutions.
• Integrate new solutions into tech stacks.
• Provide leadership and oversight of SI Partners.

Skills

Experience deploying or running ERP/EPM/HCM solutions

Experience contracting and overseeing SI Partner implementations

Significant experience in Director level technical leadership roles

Experience integrating multiple SaaS solutions
