Finishing Foreman

Salary: £200-250 per day

We are currently recruiting for a finishing foreman to join a busy residential developer based in Central London. They currently have numerous projects on the go with large high rise developments on prestigious projects that range from studio flats to large penthouse flats with high quality finishes.

You should be an experienced tradesman who has experience of looking after subcontractors and dealing with any potential issues with the client and liaising with architects or engineers if required. It would also be advantageous if you have been in an environment dealing directly with new owners if they have had any issues in their new property.

Requirements:

• Black or Platinum CSCS Card
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Experience of running sub-contractors
• Good knowledge of finishes onsite
• Worked on residential projects previously.
