Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen.
• Strong approach to detail, presentation and high culinary standards.
• Ability to manage a section confidently in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard.
• Maintain quality, portion control, presentation, ingredient provenance and waste control.
• Assist with stock control and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to deliver service across lunch and dinner.
• Maintain consistency and creativity under pressure.
