A large automotive OEM in the UK is looking for a Paralegal to support its legal team. The role involves assisting attorneys, ensuring compliance with laws, and conducting legal research. Candidates should possess a law degree, at least three years of experience as a paralegal, and strong analytical and organizational skills. This position offers an hourly rate of £29.59 and involves a hybrid work model with four days on-site and one day working from home.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or bank.
• At least one year experience of working in Financial Services or in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys to develop legal advice for management.
• Support the core business while participating in project teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist with onboarding and processing invoices from external counsel.
