Overview

This is a busy, back‑office support role providing full administrative assistance to a team of Financial Advisers based in Bristol. The successful applicant will be highly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing full administrative and processing support to three Financial Advisers.
  • Submitting new business across pensions, investments and protection products.
  • Liaising with major financial providers including Aviva, Prudential, Fidelity and Scottish Widows.
  • Monitoring workflow and progressing cases through to completion.
  • Chasing outstanding documentation and provider requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within financial services administration or IFA support (highly desirable).
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (Intelliflow) would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, reliable and team‑focused approach.
