Job summary

A growing premium hospitality brand is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to take charge of financial planning and analysis in Central London. The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience, particularly in hospitality, and be adept at building reporting frameworks and dashboards. This role offers the chance to influence strategic decisions and design impactful KPI reports in a dynamic environment. A hybrid working model is available and candidates may be considered for interim or permanent positions.

We are partnering with a fast-growing premium hospitality and lifestyle brand on a confidential search for a commercially‑minded, data‑driven FP&A Manager.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to design and implement a new KPI reporting suite, alongside planning and forecasting models that will directly inform strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key Attributes & Experience
  • Strong FP&A experience, ideally within hospitality, premium food & beverage.
  • Proven track record of building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models from scratch.
  • Commercially minded - able to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive growth.
  • Confident influencing stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Highly numerate with advanced Excel and BI skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment; interim or permanent candidates considered.
