A prominent pharmacy chain in the UK is seeking an FP&A Manager to deliver insights for strategic decision-making. This hybrid role involves financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis within a collaborative environment. The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making across the Group's retail and wholesale operations. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the role is responsible for producing high-quality internal reporting, forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans. The FP&A Manager will work closely with the Commercial Finance team, CFO, Financial Control teams, parent company's group finance function and business owners across the business to ensure alignment on financial performance and strategic initiatives. The role also supports capital investment analysis, initiative tracking, and ad-hoc requests from the Board and parent company. A key aspect of the role is transforming financial data into actionable insights using BI platforms and financial modelling tools. The FP&A Manager will also collaborate with the shared service centre in Pakistan to ensure accurate and timely financial data processing.
The role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
