Circa £61,065 dependent on skills & experience
Permanent, 37 hours per week

As the Financial Controls Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of financial control frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. You will work across the business to embed best practices and support audit readiness.

You will assess control effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement improvements. The role involves close collaboration with finance, audit, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial control frameworks
  • Assess and improve control effectiveness across finance processes
  • Support internal and external audit activities
  • Provide guidance and training on financial controls
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards
