Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing finance teams (minimum 5+ people).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team of 10, ensuring high levels of performance.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance.
