Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure group regulatory compliance through policy implementation and internal audits.
  • Perform profitability and margin analysis across product and assembly lines.
  • Drive financial governance in line with relevant GAAP and audit recommendations.
  • Analyse working capital cycle to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
  • Partner with the commercial and operations team, providing insights to enable strategic decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • An experienced accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in progressive finance roles, with proven experience in successful leadership.
