Independent Financial Adviser – Nationwide – Salary up to £75k + Bonus - Remote

If you’ve built a career under a restricted model and you’re now craving proper independence, this is your next step.

You’ll join a respected, planning-led firm that values client outcomes over product sales. The structure gives you freedom without chaos — strong compliance and back‑office support, but no corporate micromanagement. You’ll finally be able to recommend what’s right for your clients, not what’s on a panel.

You can come in on an employed or self‑employed basis. You’ll have paraplanning, admin and compliance all handled in‑house, plus modern tech and marketing support to help you grow your book your way.

You’ll need :

• Level 4 Diploma (minimum) and FCA-authorised status
• A solid track record in advice – ideally from a restricted model like SJP, Quilter, or similar
• A desire to work truly independently while maintaining structure and support

You’ll get :

• £60k–£150k+ OTE
